What is Unagi?
Our house specialty, and the dish we took our name from, is Unagi, our favorite sushi ingredient. Unagi is freshwater eel, grilled and brushed with a unique, delicious sweet sauce. If you’ve never tried it, we highly recommend it. We serve it as Nigiri, in rolls, or as a Donburi over a bowl of rice. And we use the Unagi sauce on many of our signature rolls and chef’s creations. This irresistable Japanese classic will keep you coming back again and again.
